Sinopsis: Onodera Ritsu wants to prove to everyone around him that he is an efficient editor just for his love for literature and not because he is the son of the owner of the publishing company he works for. So he leaves his job to get in Marukawa Shoten, where he is greeted by the three handsome editors of the "Emerald" division that are in charge of shoujo manga. How will literature-lover Onodera adjust to the new pink and fluffy atmosphere of the shoujo world? And the editor-in-chief of Emerald, Takano Masamune, is a strict perfectionist who won't be going easy on Onodera.
